Quality control at every stage.
We have a comprehensive set of physical and chemical testing equipment and a dedicated quality management team. Our laboratory equipment includes electronic tensile testing machines, rotorless rheometers, abrasion testers and Mooney viscometers sourced from GOTECH in Taiwan.
These resources support raw material analysis, semi-finished product control and finished-product physical performance testing. Testing methods and acceptance requirements are confirmed for each product specification.
PRODUCTION SAMPLING & INSPECTION
From incoming materials to final release.

Mixing & compound checks
Review the mixing batch and sample compound for viscosity and curing-characteristic checks before further processing.

Calendering & belt construction
Sample sheet width and thickness, inspect coated fabric and review the ply arrangement and cover construction against the order.

Vulcanisation & process review
Review time, temperature and pressure records. Check the cured surface and relevant dimensional requirements.

Finished-product inspection
Inspect appearance and dimensions. Confirm the agreed physical-performance tests and quality documentation before release.

Packing & dispatch checks
Check quantity, marking and protective packing against the order. Confirm handling and shipment requirements.
